I am a true believer that fashion doesn't always have to be expensive. I am a sucker for a Ross Dress Sale! Which is where this perfect Cruise Dress came from. This silhouette is great for all shapes, it has a great flow at the bottom and an adjustable tie right on the waist, so you can make it as loose or fitting as you like. The quarter length sleeve is my all time favorite, and I believe this particular pattern really allows the eye to travel and not focus on any one part of the body.
